Note: I made my little star, is 80% of the original.
BEGIN:
1 - With the help of a soft pencil and putting the double felt copy the pattern. Machine sew along the pencil line. Stitch
will be small (2.5 on my machine) for the pencil line, leaving the side without sewing, this side will turn the piece. It starts sewing topping the point where the opening starts, the borders around the edge of the star and ends topping well at the point where it ends.
Comments: The star has a head, arms and legs. The head is the small triangle where anger fat located a wire ring, arms and legs are medium are longer and thinner than the other three points do you see in your pattern?, Then on the side of a leg is where you always leave the opening as this side is wider than the others, will facilitate the rotation.

Side when I did the opening.
2 - cut out by marked pencil line, leaving a margin of 3-4 mm. Next will be picketing at all angles of the concave shape (see photo).
3 - The two tubes are rotating small bias tape and here is the star sewn by machine and open side.
4 - The first thing to do is enter the open side of the rotating bias binding largest and send it to a point with the other "tour" we do smaller downward force until we turned out the tip through the opening.
5 - Since the first tip is rotated. The other points I do by hand with great care because the felt changes shape when force. not easy due to the thickness of the felt, but just out . Once turned
have to work the tips: the bag along with the back of the hook, if necessary, with your fingers, stretch the seams so they do not throw ... etc.

6 - wool needle pierce the points you see in the picture. As you know we do this to have reference points to provide us with embroidery.
7 - With the star turned completely , put up the pattern and mark holes with a pencil all benchmarks embroidery. The points will mark very smooth so that after unnoticed. You can use a marker of water for this operation. FOCUS the pattern on the body of the star and not move when you move the points.
8 - will star with many dots that will be of great help when the edges. If the fill point is deleted, you can re-mark them with a water pen.
9 - Fill all the tips getting very little filling and close whenever the side with a thread the same color as the felt and using a hidden stitch. Finish off well.
10 - embroidered with two strands of DMC skein light yellow color, with reference to points made earlier. The point used is a big stitch. Start to embroider in the center of the star and leave without embroidery the last point of spades. (See photo)
11 - In the last benchmark done with pencil and located on the pike of the star embroider a French knot. Use a ball HOT DMC and 4 ply embroidery. Finish well at the end.
13 - Finally, sews a button pearl in the center of the figure. I like the button is really into the felt, so I have pretty tight and I finished in the back taking several stitches, as seen in the photo.
14 - To make a ring need a tube and a wire of 0.60 mm. Wrapping the wire in the tube with a bit of strength. Remove wire tube y. ..
15 - ... cut at the intersection formed.
16 - Enter the ring in what would be the "head" of the star.
