SNOW MAN'S FACE.

READ WELL BEFORE.

material we use.

This is a list of all known materials and are almost always used:

- Scissors, needle, pins, thread machine, thimble, filling.
This is another list of tools.

- A white pencil, needle, wool, two beads big black, 8 black beads small to medium, white glue, raffia.
Fabrics:
- Felt in white, black and orange.

Note: Our snowman is 70% of the original.

BEGIN:

1 - With a white pencil copy the patterns on the black felt. For more consistent felt pervasive in hairspray for strong hold and let dry. You need a piece of felt additional 6 cm x 6 cm.

2 - trimmed patterns by the pencil line with no margin.

3 - Now, assemble a little edges of the rectangle and you close with a small stitch.

4 - First apply white glue to one edge of the rectangle forming the crown of the hat and tail impregnate the circular base as you see in the picture. As we did with the body of the basket (previous post) we can get into the cylinder tube felt the same perimeter so as not to deform the paste.

5 - Uniting the two parties to whom we gave tail, press a little and let dry. If you put a tube, now is when you have to take.

6 - When dry apply glue to the other edge of the cup. The square of 6 x 6 cm we shape rounded (optional )......

7 - When thoroughly dry, carefully cut out the excess margin
along the edge that marks the cup.

Cap over.

8 - The hat has a decoration in wing is called "English Moss." We have used for this purpose raffia wrap that is not bad. In "House" or "Ikea" the you can find.
Since it is very rigid and smooth rizarla must follow the following steps:
- unravel the wide strips. We make a wide band 3 narrow and long.
- Wet well strips that have been in water.
- Roll the strips in a rather narrow tube and let dry 4 days.

9 - When you are very dry, carefully remove the tube. Be as in the photo.

10 - now split into strips. This operation must be done delicately raffia to keep the wave form. Reserve for later.

1 - We'll nose. We spent the pattern at once felt and trimmed leaving room for the sides. The top can be cut flush.

5 - These are the pieces once cut. As always leave a margin of 3 mm or less around the pieces.

6 - 6 pieces are sewn first, two by two. It will top the beginning and end of sewing and as noted in the photo be reached with the last stitch to the pencil line.

7 - Starting to sew baste the pieces suggest they will not move to drag of the machine.

8 - So you have to get the 6 pieces of the doll's head sewn in pairs. Remember that you leave an opening in one piece and that the opening does not sew.
As you can see there have been picketing the parties that are sewn, so the seams will be unloaded from the excess fabric and will not form peaks.

9 - Once sewn into two groups of two are sewn together and this made the pickets on all seams.

So will the doll's head unturned. To get around, as always, it is easier and less to suffer opening tour-fold bias.

10 - Once flipped the piece and filled, close it using a hidden stitch.

figure must have completed the round shape of a ball.

11 - With a water pen do the references to later sew:

"Two large black beads for eyes.
- Eight small and medium black beads for the mouth.
- A circle to place the nose.
See that all these references are focused in a part of which form the head of the doll.

12-Now you have to cut a little circle where is located the nose. Cutting is best done in a cross as seen in the photo.
This is the time to sew beads and eyes that form the mouth.
Also we have used to make references from two snowflakes are embroidered after applying blush.

Blush and embroidery can be done before or after placing the nose, as I more comfortable.

13 - To put the nose on your site have done the same operation to place rabbit ears. First there are a couple of stitches to close the part that we put the filling. Leave the needle and thread hanging, not cut.

14 - Then we introduce the needle through the hole that we have done in the face of the doll and take it off the top of the head. Topped with a few stitches views. The stitches will not be because the clog cap.
The nose has to be very well stuck. Maybe you have to force the hands slightly from 1.5 cm to a minimum.
